Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery

Fifty percent of payment on placement of order.
The balance is due on completion.

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.

Sports Nets accepts no responsibility for any damage to underground services unless indicated prior commencement of work.

Title of the goods supplied by the seller shall pass to the buyer when the seller has received full payment, and all cheques cleared for all sums then owned by the buyer to the seller.

Risk shall pass to the buyer with possession of the goods.

Upon receiving the title of the goods, it is advised that the buyer take out their own insurance against vandalism and the elements of nature.
